Social Development & Sustainability

Objective

Strengthen the ability of vulnerable communities to connect with support systems and build resilience.

Key Activities

  • Support the social development of disadvantaged individuals, families, and communities, and help children, youth, and adults realize their potential.
  • Connect social programs with local services (health, education, protection) to give families complete support.
  • Create feedback and accountability systems so beneficiaries can share experiences, shape program design, and ensure services meet their needs.
  • Build partnerships with businesses, foundations, and international agencies to diversify funding and strengthen donor engagement.
  • Organize community-led fundraising campaigns and events to mobilize local support, build ownership, and promote solidarity.
  • Raise funds through voluntary donations to support the Foundation's mission.
  • Develop a knowledge system to collect and share evidence of program results, including reports, videos, and publications that show impact.
  • Set up and equip local branch offices with staff, infrastructure, and resources for effective service delivery.
  • Provide ongoing training for staff and volunteers to improve efficiency, service quality, and community outreach.
  • Create standard systems for monitoring, reporting, and coordination across branches to ensure accountability, consistency, and wider program reach.

2026–2030 Targets

  • 25% — 25% of vulnerable households reporting improved livelihood security
  • 50% — 50% increase in sustained funds mobilized compared to baseline
  • 500 — 500 individuals and families enrolled in social programs that strengthen livelihoods, protection, and access to essential services
