- Connect social programs with local services (health, education, protection) to give families complete support.
- Create feedback and accountability systems so beneficiaries can share experiences, shape program design, and ensure services meet their needs.
- Build partnerships with businesses, foundations, and international agencies to diversify funding and strengthen donor engagement.
- Organize community-led fundraising campaigns and events to mobilize local support, build ownership, and promote solidarity.
- Raise funds through voluntary donations to support the Foundation's mission.
- Develop a knowledge system to collect and share evidence of program results, including reports, videos, and publications that show impact.
- Set up and equip local branch offices with staff, infrastructure, and resources for effective service delivery.
- Provide ongoing training for staff and volunteers to improve efficiency, service quality, and community outreach.
